You agree not to use NovaLicense for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Distributing malicious software (malware, ransomware, spyware, etc.).
• Using our service to bypass, crack, or subvert third-party DRM or licensing systems.
• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal acts.
• Attempting to disrupt or overload our infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive API polling beyond limits).

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these rules, without refund.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API secrets associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

NovaLicense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the service or any downtime.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
